Overview
Designed and developed a comprehensive internal management platform for a restaurant group, supporting daily operations and strategic decision-making.
The system integrates multiple operational areas including Business Intelligence, food cost analysis, human resources management, document management, fleet and equipment tracking, and other operational tools.
The platform was built with a modular architecture to allow continuous expansion and integration with external systems such as POS software.
